| Community Impact Programs, Inc. (C.I.P.) is a non-profit agency founded to provide high quality services for youth and families for issues with mental health and substance abuse problems in Southeastern Wisconsin. CIP provides programming that is effective, focused on the client's strengths and cost-efficient. Innovation and creativity are two driving tenants of programming development and implementation by CIP. These include drug abuse prevention, delinquency intervention, gang diversion, educational support and assistance, and family-centered outpatient services.
